My set (not sure if it's every set or just running) is a hair bigger than it should be. It was assumed that it was about the finishing of collets. This means they won't fall out properly and won't be held properly when you try to tighten one of them. They looked well made and hardened, but the wrong size issue meant I wasn't able to properly lock the end mill in many cases. . For example, I usually use a half-inch end mill from JYC International. They are cheap and available through Prime. It loads fully onto this collet, but the difference in size is enough that the end mill can still fall out or slide up if the collet is overtightened. An end mill of the same size works well with the other two collet sets. Machine: ShopMaster Mill Turn CNC (production 2015)
