Initially I bought the first version, fell in love, but in the end something happened with the cutting. The support team took care of me right away! I love a company that stands behind their product. When I found out about version 2, I grabbed it. It has a slightly deeper filling and the carvings seem more solid. I can't stand iced coffee diluted with water, and a cold drink never tastes strong enough. I use a french press and hyperchiller every morning, the perfect cup of iced coffee!
