Do not buy. Since they are not even behind it in the expensive part

Product is annoying, do not buy it. The company didn't champion their product even after I had the photos. The fault was in the plastic housing of the hub. It exploded and I just wanted to exchange the item for a new one. They don't endorse their poor quality product even though they say they do. I tried contacting support and they refused me AND the $50 part
