I like that it allows you see all different types if content including but not limited too positive or negative comments about your business! It can be difficult at times when there is so much information available online which makes finding what's most relevant sometimes tricky especially as time goes by (ease could use some work). Overall good software although we do find ourselves trying other more robust programs now such has Google Reviews & Facebook etc are becoming better known tools overall than just relying solely upon this tool alone - however its still useful where no one else will take note/read up until they have done enough research themselves otherwise i would say stick wtih ours :) We're able solve problems regarding customer satisfaction through gathering data from various sources ealier mentioned along withe added benefits gained via our own social media accounts allowing us access into real people opinions who may know very little abut how great.
