This set is just about perfect for the job - it comes with everything you need including a hole saw and wire rod. I have a strong impression that the product has gone through several iterations because it has been sufficiently refined. Not having to fiddle with cutting a rectangular hole is a huge bonus. I'm not sure why they don't make this more clear, but the wire is designed for wall use. The jack is of course countersunk so you can't use a bulky or rectangular plug. . I recommend using a drill to cut the hole, although a hole saw T-handle will probably work for softer drywall. The size of the hole is large enough for a large hand to fit through, which helps pull cables through if you have insulation in your walls. You must separate the trim ring from the socket to install it, and it can be difficult to remove unless you give it a firm tug. You won't break it I wish they had a dual socket outlet, but I bought an inexpensive Y adapter cable that tucked behind the TV and allowed me to connect a soundbar.
