Just about perfect

This set is just about perfect for the job - it comes with everything you need including a hole saw and wire rod. I have a strong impression that the product has gone through several iterations because it has been sufficiently refined. Not having to fiddle with cutting a rectangular hole is a huge bonus. I'm not sure why they don't make this more clear, but the wire is designed for wall use. The jack is of course countersunk so you can't use a bulky or rectangular plug. . I recommend using a…

Great kit! - Accessories and Consumables

Legrand kit was great! I thought about hiring someone to install my cables but I'm so glad I didn't. I've been very comfortable with being a single woman for most of my life (I'm 48) so this was a first for me. The Legrand kit was very easy to install. The only snag I had was when I was hand drilling a hole in the wall, the handle attached to the round drill, which actually cuts a hole in the wall, ripped off. Great price for a great set!

I used it to lay cables through the inner wall between the bathroom and the hallway. This allowed me to plug in my phone, ethernet, and the bathroom power strip. Very simple and easy to do. I used a long thin drill bit to drill a hole in the drywall on either side of the wall so the grommet holes line up. The product is good, but carefully check the suitability for your wall!

Thought it was a minor thing and it might be on some walls. But our living room, like many others, requires mounting the TV on an outside wall. In fact, the wall to the right of the electrical box is very close to the outside. After finding two 16" studs (where I installed the TV mount), I drilled my first hole with a hole saw about 7" to the left of the left stud. Haha! After looking at Home Depot I decided to purchase this item. The one they had in the store didn't include all the necessary installation hardware and accessories. All you need in this kit is a Phillips screwdriver, pencil, stud finder and spirit level. Having a drill is helpful but may not be necessary depending on who you ask. Gets the job done at an overpriced price

This is a set for those who want to make something simple and easy with their own hands. In that regard it ticks all the right boxes and comes with everything you need including a hole saw for a drill and fishing poles for running wires through the wall.
