I've been happily using my 32" 144hz since November. I'm now working from home due to Covid and needed extra screen real estate to be able to work more effectively as a designer. Last week my monitor started to fail, the screen went off and came on erratically intervals again. I called Viotek support and a very calm and helpful guy helped me troubleshoot the monitor. He was here in the US (important to me). The tech really listened and didn't seem to be reading these stupid ones Scripts that people in those call centers abroad have to read. We came to the conclusion that it was the display port input on the monitor or a real cable. I went and bought a new cable to test. My real one Test with the new cable was over the weekend I still got the same rejection I called Viotek right away and they sent me the replacement unit right away so I didn't have one have a long absence from work. Honestly, I don't think this company is worth much. Support page due to the price point monitors are sold at. I was wrong and say go with Viotek. They will have your back and help you when you are under warranty. I would have taken a star for quality issues but the support came. NO deductions because they really helped. Thanks.
