I like that they are very reliable in finding me childcare options, as well as giving great customer service! They have helped us with many different types of issues such has scheduling availability for my children, billing questions etc. There is nothing really bad about them but sometimes there can be delays getting info back to parents so keep this mind before using their services!! We've been able to schedule daycare pick ups from home without having to go into our office everyday which allows more time spent at work or school- win/win. Also we were not required by law to use licensed providers, only recommended ones (which was good). So far no complaints other than maybe some minor things here &there - mostly just communication between provider's offices during transition times. This isn't something big enough to complain too much though since everything works out fine once all parties involved get used to each others schedules / timing. Scheduling early morning appointments after working nights became easier due.
