I loved this item. I really did. However, failure after two months of intermittent use is unacceptable. This thing stopped working and was causing surges on my USB ports, so I emailed the card that came with it and said PLEASE EMAIL US FIRST IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. My email was completely ignored. So I emailed them again and that too was ignored. Finally, I googled AverMedia tech support and filled out a ticket on their website. When they finally responded to me on that basis, the only thing they suggested was "try plugging it in and see if it shows up in Device Manager. Otherwise, return it to Revain." Truth? The peripheral I just told you is causing *surges* needs to be reconnected, potentially damaging my computer if it hasn't already? Did you even read what I wrote? I am currently returning an article about Revain. I'm more than disappointed.
