Review on EK Tools 54-00100 Multicolor Rotary by Jennifer Roberts

I'm not Giotto and I can't draw a perfect circle so I had to find something to cut out an 11 inch circle template from a piece of paper. No reviews on it when I made the purchase but the price was right so I decided to give it a try. Even on the packaging you can see that it's not the highest quality, but that's to be expected. It was easy to keep the center in place but I struggled trying to keep the outside cutter in place even when it was "locked" on the diameter I was trying to cut. Regardless of which approach I used, I only make one continuous incision or small intermittent incisions. I've never been able to hold the cutter in one spot and make the end either wider or narrower than what I originally started with. a way to remove the blade guard to not need as much downward force on the eve of a successful cut. I think this would have helped if the blade lock hadn't been released and a better cut had been achieved.
