    Don't worry about the quilting

Weak and poorly finished. Designed for use in the small home vinyl business. The circle does not hold, the cutter's nozzle is too weak and the cutter walks on it.

    Doesn't cut large circles well.

Not very useful when cutting large circles. Larger formats grab and twirl paper instead of making clean cuts. I plan to return.

    Circle cut won't center

Not as expected orni doesn't know how to use this tool. I put one piece in the middle of the page, take the other piece and flip it over, but it's still not centered. I printed the image on cardboard and wanted to cut a circle around it. cld never centered it so I just gave up and that was after trying for over 2 hours.

For non serious paper circles only I would say

I don't know how this has a 4 star rating, I agree with all the 2 star reviews and all their complaints. This is just for frivolous papercraft. I've used it to cut circles on correction gel sheets (mostly colored translucent slip paper) and the blade only cut through a circle well enough before becoming completely dull, wobbly, inaccurate and causing other problems described in other negative reviews . . . I'm only giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because I used it on a thick plastic sheet…

    Works well.

I'm not Giotto and I can't draw a perfect circle so I had to find something to cut out an 11 inch circle template from a piece of paper. No reviews on it when I made the purchase but the price was right so I decided to give it a try. Even on the packaging you can see that it's not the highest quality, but that's to be expected. It was easy to keep the center in place but I struggled trying to keep the outside cutter in place even when it was "locked" on the diameter I was trying to cut…

    Great idea but broken parts.

The idea of being able to cut a circle on anything that can be cut with a rotary blade is a great idea without a little pinhole in the middle. But that you can carve a perfect circle out of it is not expected. I noticed that after attempting to cut a circle, even after rotating the blade lock slider and then attempting to make a test cut, the lock did not work as it should, but instead disengaged and started to move to move in one side or the other. The other lets me create a spiral instead of…
