Parts are very strong and durable. The issue I have is that the clip doesn't feel super secure unless it's on the bottom of the headset to keep the headset from detaching from the plug. The bearings on both wheels and the steering wheel are of absolutely poor quality. They are very rough when rolling and you can even hear how rough they are. Coming from the automotive industry and when this happens usually the concentricity is broken or too tight, on inspection the bearings are just poor quality and deformed. He spends too much for the best, but my kids say he's okay with it. Does not make it easier to pick up speed and makes it more difficult to use in the skate park as it does not maintain speed.
