Hard to find and very few options on the market. At this price, repairing cheap imported lamps becomes affordable and justified. I'm not sure how they will perform in the long run as the spindle that goes to the handle is quite flimsy and easy to bend. However, that's probably why they're surprisingly easy to turn on and off - so much easier than anything I've used before. And like an old man with weak hands, that's good! The internal parts are very different from those that have been replaced and I hope that they will be less prone to becoming so stiff that they are no longer usable due to oxidation of the brass parts. Due to the fact that the lamp was very deep, I had to remove the screws completely to attach the wiring, which is the problem. The screws are set to prevent full removal, which is usually a good thing. If you must completely remove the connecting bolts in your own installation, be careful not to damage the threads in the aluminum post when attempting to re-tighten them.
