Not sure about fitment

Contrary to the photos on the Revain, it looks like it was installed, used, then erased and mailed to me. The old oily scuffs on the face and base and the slits around the lips are uneven as advertised. Because of the labor cost the mechanic advised me to come back but I need my car so fingers crossed.
