This item keeps our fryer clean. We ordered this with our new deep fryer (xxl). We have this item xl or l i think. Our fryer still looks like new. I want them to sell XXL size. Very easy to use and almost easy to clean. We wash it by hand and sometimes it's a bit difficult to get to the corners. I think the dishwasher will handle this much easier. The instructions say to put it in a solution (mix water and vinegar or something), but we're impatient. We have 2 of these so we can use the fryer all the time. Super happy with this item.
