
I've worn prescription (plastic) goggles (years ago) and real racquetball goggles for over 40 years. I was disappointed with the frames. They're pretty cheaply made, but of course they're cheap. My first issue is that some of them were "curved" - I couldn't get them to sit directly on my face. The second issue was that the temples in the picture look like they could be adjusted in length - they even look like they could be adjusted. They cannot be customized. I have couples that can and it makes them much better and safer (protects side of face/temples). The main issue I had was that the listing also states that they can be fitted with prescription lenses. Racquetball goggles must meet a certain safety standard (listed in the Official Racquetball Rules). The way the lenses fit in the frame (rim) I couldn't find anyone making lenses for them including Costco and Walmart. One shop said they thought they could, but their DISCOUNT lenses cost about $250 -- versus $400 -- for one vision security.
