Difficult to remove from unit without spilling dirt everywhere. Suggest putting the trash can in a trash bag before attempting to remove these filters. They seem to attract and trap more dirt than more expensive filters that come pre-filtered. Maybe that's a good thing, or maybe the dirt just doesn't stay in the bin that long. The filters are difficult to clean, especially between the pleats. (I use compressed air, but another vacuum will work.) It's tempting to use these filters once and throw them away. I wouldn't buy them again - back to expensive black mesh filters which make the unit much more difficult to clean. less stress. You get what you pay for the department.
