Updated: I am pleased to report that I have received a full refund. I gave them the option to give me a refund or give me real (clean) stainless steel ice trays and they refunded me. I was dying for usable ice trays, but with a refund it stings a little less. It took quite a bit of effort on my part to figure out how to contact the seller. I would be a little more grateful if they addressed the bad reviews and tried to fix the situation themselves. I enjoyed them for 2 weeks when I used them. First Review: If you look at the photos I took you can see a large amount of rust on these ice trays. The left one has not been cleaned, the right one has been carefully cleaned and cleaned. It has stubborn stains and even more stubborn gross traces of rust that corrodes metal. They are incredibly easy to use. Unfortunately, the shelf for her was very shaky, as a result of which the water pooled and only froze on one side. I've never had problems with ice. I let them dry after use and found that they were riddled with rust spots. Unfortunately I missed the return deadline as I've just moved. Having taken a huge financial risk with these ice cube trays, I was very disappointed when they claimed they were made of stainless steel. As far as I know, if it rusts after about 6 uses, it's not pure stainless steel. I would really like my money back as they have a lifetime guarantee. This could be a great product!
