Refill Slowly Dripping

Be Careful. I've been dripping slowly since day one. You should run and test it for a few days before sealing the wall if you can. I have to manipulate him to slow him down. Sometimes I get lucky and it stops. I tried adjusting the valves but without much pleasure.
