Review on πŸ”Š Enhance Audio Quality: Silver Speaker Spikes and Stands with Shockproof Mats for Subwoofer, Amplifier, CD, Turntable, Isolation Feet and Cone Isolators by Matt Heringer

Good thing you don't have to twist them!

It's good that you don't have to pre-drill the bottom of the speakers and insert threaded inserts. I wasn't sure the double-sided tape would hold once I stood the speakers upright - they weigh 75 pounds each, but it held; it is very strong! I only used three spikes forming an equilateral triangle under each speaker to eliminate wobble and increase floor stress. It would be nice if the height was adjustable for uneven floors, but in my case the lack of this feature wasn't a problem. If your floors are hardwood, studded trivets are recommended to prevent scratches and pits; Points are very sharp. My floor is berber rugs on concrete so I didn't use it. The bass feels a bit tighter than before, especially the attack - not dramatic, but noticeable enough to be worthwhile. The barrel has a denser beat; The hammers hitting the piano keys are a bit more intuitive. Not sure if the spikes and saucers are black anodized metal or high quality plastic. The points are made of brass. The finish is very nice.

Pros
  • Can be used for HiFi speakers or speaker frames.
Cons
  • Not sure
