Love This Fillet Cutting Tool!
When I tried this product I was amazed by how easy it was to cut through fish fillets .I love that its compact and easy to store in my Home and Kitchen. The handle is comfortable to hold and the blade is sharp and precise. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a protective cover for the blade, but that's easily solved with a small knife sheath. Overall, I highly recommend this tool for anyone who loves to cook fish at home..
