Review on πŸ’Ό CUIUIC Portable Monitor: The Ultimate Travel Companion with Ultrawide Screen and HD Clarity by Erick Eritano

Great multipurpose monitor for gaming, laptop work or videography.

This is a good and affordable 15.6 inch monitor. USB-C and FULL-SIZE HDMI ports make it easy to use with virtually any device, including laptops, desktops, cameras, and video recorders. Many other monitors use Micro-HDMI, which requires an adapter to connect to many devices, so full-size HDMI is welcome here. The kit includes a power adapter and a full set of cables for connection. It also comes with a soft travel case. While this doesn't protect against strong impacts, it does prevent the screen from being scratched by other things in your laptop or travel bag. The monitor is very light and thin, making it a great way to increase productivity while traveling without adding weight or bulk. As well as being used as a compact second monitor for a laptop, it's also good for gaming (I used it with a PS5) and very handy for recording videos. You can connect it to the camera to enlarge the image of what is being filmed. The monitor has a fold-out stand, which is great for traveling. It also includes a separate "folding desktop stand" that you can leave on your desk and adjust to your preferred angle. This is 1080p resolution. I find this works well for a 15.6 inch screen. I also have a 4k portable monitor of the same size, but you almost always have to enlarge the font to make it legible, so 1080p works better for most computing use cases, and these monitors are cheaper than 4k. there was either a 1/4-20 tripod thread or some kind of mount/clamp to go with it. This can come in handy if you want to use it for photography/videography, attach it to a tripod or one of those mounts that attach to the edge of a table.
