I had to fit a new RJ-45 end to this cable, which was not a cable or vendor fault; It's just the application I need it in. However, the cable itself uses non-solid wire, unlike NORMAL CAT 6 or CAT 5/5e. The strands used are not suitable for rewiring connectors. the connection was over 100 feet or if the cable made adequate contact between the included connectors and the computer I was running the cable through.
