The speed at which I can see how my business is performing vs. what it should be. It also allows me to drill down to a certain store to find specific issues. Sometimes I have to look up what something means but otherwise it's great. My only issue with askuity is that sometimes, when you are looking at your own store or your competitors, you don't always get all the information you need to make an educated decision. As long as your not trying to go in there for some sort of profit motive (ie. to cheat someone out of money) then it seems like a good tool. In the past, we had problems with our cashiers not ringing up every single item properly. We found this was because they were not using this system. The ability to pull in all customer interactions at one time is very useful for our team. It's easy to use once you get used to it! I wish we could go back to being able to filter by date range instead of having to go through each day individually. We have been using this software for over 2 years now and haven't had any issues yet. Having access to historical information has helped us understand what customers are interested in or not interested in as far as our products and services.
