Makes too much noise! vibrates!

No matter how fast, too much noise! Basically it's from fan vibration! The whole room hummed as the vibrations hit the floor. I applied it to foam pads and bubble wrap and it helped a lot. However, the fan is terribly loud. The rocking function is nice. I didn't run it at full blast as it's just extra heat. It's smaller than I thought (compared to another heater that seems to be discontinued). It's about the size of a wide shoe box. I have to return it, but we need it. I'll take it to the garage and put in a hot oil heater followed by a silent fan.
