Started smoking straight away

I've kept it in the box since I bought it. The weather is getting a little chilly so I was thrilled when I remembered I had a little heater. It's on the patio to cool off. It smelled awful. Absolute fire hazard. Even after the power outage, it smoked and smoked for 15 minutes. Thank goodness I was sitting here when I turned it on. Stay away. Very far.

  • Great for me

Makes too much noise! vibrates!

No matter how fast, too much noise! Basically it's from fan vibration! The whole room hummed as the vibrations hit the floor. I applied it to foam pads and bubble wrap and it helped a lot. However, the fan is terribly loud. The rocking function is nice. I didn't run it at full blast as it's just extra heat. It's smaller than I thought (compared to another heater that seems to be discontinued). It's about the size of a wide shoe box. I have to return it, but we need it. I'll take it to the…

Turns off almost instantly!

Poor quality. It doesn't work more often than it does. I wanted to send it back but missed the window. I don't know if it auto shuts off due to overheating, but if it does, it overheats almost immediately. I'm always cold and I've always had a little underfloor heating on my desk, which I usually have on all year round during the working day (except for the hour I go out for lunch) (worse than air conditioning in the summer). on). I had one that I bought from KMart that lasted about 10 years…

A little disappointed

Bought this heater less than 2 months ago. Here are the pros and cons: PROS - Gets very hot and can easily heat a small bedroom in a short time (high temperature) - Has an oscillation function to disperse the heat - Has only one fan setting and two heat settings. .CONS - It was quiet at first, but after a short time it got louder. It makes a rattling noise that is very annoying, especially at bedtime. - No toggle switch to avoid accidents. - Expensive for what you get. Overpriced compared to…

Worked for three years until the rotary switch was turned off

I bought it three years ago and used it in the bathroom. Sometimes the overheat switch would trip if there wasn't enough clearance for good airflow. One day it stopped working and the rotary switch didn't work smoothly. I disassembled the device and found that the stranded wires going into the switch weren't tinned, so I took care of that. I also removed the lint that was blocking about half of the heater element grille. I did this by attaching a short length of Tygon tubing to a vacuum…
