My measurements show that these batteries meet the capacity stated on the product page. Also, they consume a lot of amps at maximum load (resulting in overheating if used for too long) which means they are useful for high amp use, such as e.g. B. Stun gun. I've had no problems using them and the starting voltage is what you would expect from NiMH batteries. I don't know what you mean by hybrid. But these batteries are high quality and worth the money if you want the best performance from your AA batteries. If you have a lot of low-power devices, these are a bit expensive for general use.
