Every day I make a huge salad. I mean massive salad. Then I break it up into large salads and bag it for each meal. Since I've had Covid my health has changed and my stomach and body just can't seem to tolerate anything other than lettuce. So I'll have to give up real food in favor of salad until my doctor can figure out what's going on with my body. My salads are 3 types of lettuce, peppers, carrots, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, avocados, cilantro and mushrooms. My family eats a full bag every day and I eat 2 bags. It takes me forever to prepare this huge salad. I used it as soon as I got it and oh my god I wish I had had it a month ago. It's very easy to use. Cucumbers, peppers, carrots, celery, mushrooms, etc. are so easy to handle. I keep it on the long disc attachment. This thing has so many different attachments. I can easily switch to what I need, going from veggies to a piece of cheese. Now all I have to do is chop the tomatoes, pick up the avocado, and quickly shred the lettuce. This significantly reduces the cooking time of the salad. It cuts vegetables quickly and easily. It's also so easy to clean. I just use my sprayer and everything sprays right out. This thing makes my life so much easier. My kids love it for the cucumbers and carrots they snack on every day. We love this business.
