So I've used an epilator before so I know what it's like. That hurts. Not many, but there are. So my device just arrived today and I'm using it for the first time because it was already charged a little in the box. Now I'm not a small person and I have very thick, coarse, dark hair. I was able to do the bottom half of my left leg in about 5 minutes. If you've ever epilated, you know that you should prepare your skin by first exfoliating and then taking a hot bath to open your pores. I didn't do any of that when I did the lower leg because I was just trying. Although I didn't prepare, this machine was still able to remove most of the hair from my leg and the pain was minimal. Only the hairs that were too short to catch and thin hairs that were likely to break when pulled out remained. I have to say I'm very impressed so far. Works very well for a cheap device. How long, idk. I intend to finish work after taking a hot bath. I can't wait to have smooth legs that stay smooth for a while. And I can't wait to use it on my face. You are not long enough to catch them. I have patches of very coarse dark hair on my lip and under my chin (not as much hair as the guy). I shave every day, sometimes twice a day. I can't wait for this to go away for a while.
