For such a price, I'm quite happy with the camera. I usually use a laptop with a built-in webcam, but when I'm working from my home office I use a monitor. This camera sits well on my monitor, the picture quality and sound quality are great for video conferencing. I usually use a MacBook (not a MacBook Pro or Air) and the quality of this camera is much better. The camera is plug and play for Mac OS X 10.15.x (OS X Catalina), no drivers or additional software required. The camera and microphone appear in their respective device lists for both Zoom and FaceTime (these are the only two pieces of software I tested with).
