DOA -- Used? good for internal power supplies
Bought 3 power supplies, all under the impression that they are new. When I received them 1 of the 3 was fine and the other 2 were in poor condition. Not only that, they appear to have been used. I created a replacement ticket that I was able to board the next day. Again I received 1 of 2 that were fine. I won't take any chances if the third one is defective.
