There was already damage to various parts of the block, as if it were worn and chipped somewhere. I didn't mind as it was cosmetic, but then I noticed that the rear screw on the left monitor arm was COMPLETELY stripped and cracked. I can't tighten the lever due to damage so I stick with a too loose bracket and keep dropping the monitor screen on the table. I honestly felt like I was getting a used version here and not a new one.
