Overall good, but I expected more, there are disadvantages.

The flavor is pleasant, even when mixed with water. The digestive system is in good shape. At this point, I am unable to remark on the effectiveness.
I was sent a jar that did not have a lid or any other form of protection. As a result, going to skupvey is not something I would recommend doing. Ru.
