Over the years I've bought several pairs of blue block progressive computer readers - they REALLY reduce eye strain when I'm working long hours at the computer. Also wanted some extras for my home office. I didn't have high hopes for them considering the price, but I planned to only use them as spares so I wasn't worried. They turn out to be the best pair I've ever gotten and are better made than the ones I've paid more than double that price for. Very happy and works great. Since I only use them for desktop and laptop use, I've found that I get the best results when I order glasses 0.5 weaker than regular reading glasses. So my readers are 1.5, but 1.0 seems to be better for progressive computer readers.
