When attempting to backup a disc using cloneDVD software, the first disc played for the first 5 minutes before the video froze and tried been, rewind forward, skip to the next scene, etc. will not unlock the video. The next 4 attempts to backup the drive resulted in the error "A write error has occurred, probably caused by bad media. Details Burn DVD 10.11W2. So 5 disks are wasted and not a single backup was made successfully with the software complaining about the disks used. I don't have this problem when using Verbatim double density DVDs on the same HP computers. but I have NOT checked if the data is corrupt yet. Using my Epson Photo R260 to print the label results in more muted colors than I've seen with other brands.
