Bought two kayaks, needed them for my Honda Crv. Inside the box was just a sheet of instructions, most likely translated into English. Also included is a small wrench and they expect you to use it on the lock nuts. You need a 13mm open-ended ratchet (see photo) or you'll swear and break your fingers. There are large plastic hand nuts that aren't in the manual and you'll need them if you don't want your setup to be permanent, and tons of leftover locknuts. (See photo). The rack itself works, but there are no instructions on how to buckle up the kayaks. Had to look at the photos on the order page to see what the final assembly might look like. There are four straps and 2 sets of tie-down straps at the bow and stern with a ratchet. There are enough belts, but I can upgrade. One of the anchors broke on our first ride but we got the hook out of the way and tied it back on. Overall it works, but the packaging and instructions suck.
