Review on IRWIN QUICK GRIP Handi Clamp 4 59400CD by Tyler Owens

I have another similar set and wanted to increase the number of hand clamps but was more disappointed than satisfied with these. The biggest problem is that it's difficult to apply enough force to make them "click" and maintain that force. I use them for gluing and I want them to hold with good strength, but it's very difficult to transmit that force to the clamps. With my previous hand clamps, they are much more comfortable to use and transmit significant forces much easier. They were half the price of the other type and now I wish I had bought the other type.
