I love the size and spaciousness of this radio. Good for intimate small rooms with audio projection; as a cozy living room, kitchen or bedroom. Of course, it's not as loud as other portable speakers for big parties! The radio tuning knob is a little tricky to find the exact radio station, but I'm used to that old fashioned style of turning the knob until the radio is clear of all the clutter! (I'm not sure most radio users are happy with that at the moment). For me it's nostalgia! The cassette function works great! All function keys work; play, fast forward, rewind, stop/eject, pause and even record! I used to have old tape recorders which couldn't produce a clear sound like this boombox when I inserted and played very old audio cassettes. The Bluetooth feature is definitely an upgrade over the regular radio boombox. Just connect Bluetooth from your devices to the boombox name. My only complaint would be that the headphone input isn't loud enough when using headphones. If there was a remote control to switch the mode to radio, tape recorder or bluetooth that would be great. However, you have to manually switch between different sound sources/modes using the notches on the top. If you are a fan of smooth, relaxing and soothing sound that takes you back to old school style, I would recommend this product! Just connect Bluetooth from your devices to the boombox name.
