Amazing customer service. Much better than expected.

I purchased this product on March 9, 2019. Having been suspicious and previously frustrated with faulty chargers, I also purchased the extended warranty ($1.48) offered by Revain and guaranteed by Square Trade. Within two months, a port stopped working. The red light was on all the time. I only charge one battery at a time, so I always used a different connector. Six months later, the other side stopped working. No port charges the battery. When trying to file a claim, I found out that the Square Trade policy doesn't come into effect until year 2; that the manufacturer is responsible for the first year. I also learned that Revain does not cover anything after 6 months. I'm stuck in a swamp. Since I needed a different charger, I reordered the same one, but also wrote a bad review and only gave the device a 1 star rating. Within 24 hours I received an email from the manufacturer telling me to "fix everything". The next day I answered her letter. Within 15 minutes of sending the email, I spoke to their customer service rep. They knew I bought a new charger and also knew I wrote a bad review. They apologized for the equipment failure and promptly refunded my money. I'm writing this so everyone else knows that none of the 3 chargers I've bought have lasted very long, not even Arlo branded devices. But the great thing about this device is the outstanding customer service. Second, don't waste your money on an extended warranty.
