Right out of the box, one of the charging ports is clogged. The video shows that the indicator of one of the ports is constantly flashing red. I tried changing the battery several times and it kept going. Sometimes the light goes out completely. As a result, the battery did not charge. Garbage.

My Arlo Pro 2 never charged. Charged once a week. I read reviews that said battery life improved after using this charger. YOU WERE CORRECT! Battery life between charges has at least doubled since using this charger. Good product. Arlo should join the program and offer this charger in place of the useless USB charger as part of the original purchase.

Unfortunately I have a marriage. It worked every 15 seconds and then stopped working. I'm not sure why and couldn't revive him. Sent back for a refund. It is a pity that there are no high-quality chargers for these branded batteries. I ended up on ebay for cables and USB wall chargers. All my internal cameras are now online and charging their batteries. I will replace external batteries as needed.

The charger that actually came with my Arlo kit was very short and it was a little annoying to charge a battery from time to time. So I hobbled on this charger and I'm glad I did. I can charge 2 batteries in a few hours (seems faster than a cable) and it seems to last a while. It really made my security cameras less bulky. I love the charger and haven't had any issues like other reviewers. maybe because I use my cameras privately at home.

Anyone with an Arlo system knows how frustrating their shoddy charging tech is. From the overpriced solar panels to the cables and chargers that COME WITH THE CAMERA, nothing works.
