IDEAL FOR BROKEN ELBOW AND TENSION TENSIONS!
It's been a few weeks since the injury but I still have to restrict my arm. The band around my lower chest means there is no strain on my neck which has been an issue with other slings. I can still use my hand with it, so I'll actually wear it. I don't mind the shoulder strap, but I might wear one to impress my doctor so I don't have those shoulder to wrist sprints :-) The only downside I see is that it proves all the weight , which I DJ while staying at home during Covid-19 got in my stomach! If in doubt, increase the size.
