Tried to use the mouse for five days. It freezes several times a day, after switching the Bluetooth module on the laptop it functions again. I reinstalled the application and the mouse itself twice. The cursor is "trembling". On the official website, the electronic assistant "leads in a circle": from "enter the product number" to "I can't help you at the moment". Need an opinion specialist. The amazon support service responds to my questions, but the matter is not moving forward yet .
