Review on Durable DEWALT Diamond Blade for Precise Wet Tile Cutting - 10-Inch x .060-Inch (DW4764) by Scott Rao

I have used this 10" DEWALT blade on over 700 sq. ft. From time to time I use a solid rock to extract the diamonds and clean the blade up a bit I've had great results so far with this blade compared to the one that came with my wet saw Durability has been excellent so far with 1,300 square feet of tile remaining to be cut I've made a few cuts on some of the porcelain samples, I've had and the quality of the cuts was even better than the ceramic tiles I've cut. Cutting other materials such as thick pavers works like magic. It's very nice, the nice smooth edges of the blade cut brick Even with the same water supply and flow, the blade does an excellent job of retaining heat dissipate and keep you cool. I even accidentally cut the stone because I forgot to turn the water back on. The blade still cuts like new, highly recommended! Will be updated as this blade continues to be used. Pros: - Excellent durability - Minimal chipping at lower speeds on ceramic - No bending of blade when cutting at an angle - 5/8" mandrel - .060" thickness Cons: - Blade nicks tend to clog easily with dust - Regular sharpening of blade required (paving stones) fit perfectly)
