Review on BrewDemon Craft Beer Kit with Bottles - Conical Fermenter for Sediment-Free and Delicious Homebrewed Beer - 1 Gallon Pilsner, Stout, and IPA by Jessica Duran

Unable to contact seller, Brew Demon Kit container arrived broken and we cannot use it for its proper purpose. I bought this as a Christmas present for my kids for their new home, they finally unwrapped it to use during this house order. And after unpacking, they immediately found that the cone fermentor was broken and unusable. it had large fragments and a crack from the bottom to the top of the vessel. When first received the box was intact and there was no visible damage to the outside of the box. I think the bottles inside weren't packaged properly and bounced around inside causing damage during shipping. I would be grateful for the seller's response that will help rectify this situation.
