After my initial check, the company responded to my inbox quickly. They apologized for my displeasure and didn't hesitate to email their return/guarantee/refund policy. It has been stated that I am subject to these terms and can return the product for a full refund. I replied and they apologized and assured me that I didn't even have to return the item, they would refund me the full amount I paid! Also, they will consider my issues with the product for further improvement. It only took 12 hours to confirm the return was processed. It's nice to know that there are still companies that genuinely care about consumers and provide great customer service. Personally, I'm sticking with my review of the actual product (below) as it didn't work for me. I have a 2000 Rav 4 and it may not be compatible with the fan type I'm not familiar with. But the actual product was not good for my use. That doesn't mean it doesn't suit you! My initial review: This is a terrible product, especially if your phone is heavy in any way. I have an iphone 6s plus in a polka dot case. I ordered this after reading the reviews and all it does is fall out of my vent every time I hit a bump or turn a corner. So I bought another one to stick on my window.
