I've been using this for over a year now. Still works great, but the white characters on the keys fade quickly. Like in a few months. The remote launch range seems to be around 100-150 feet. I could easily program them myself with my 2009 Buick Enclave (like GMC Acadia or Chevy Traverse). In fact, reading the instructions took more time than just sitting in the car and programming 3 fobs at the same time. I say 3 because I had to program 2 new ones and the original at the same time as it resets the coding for the fobs causing the original to not work unless reprogrammed. I agree as they were for a used car and who knows who still has a spare key fob for it. The original I received with my used car was in very poor condition and they look brand new! Plus, the unique colors make it easy to tell which set of keys I'm getting for which car.
