I like that you can keep track of your shipments from beginning to end! It’s easy for our customers to file their paperwork online so they don't have to wait in line or come into the office to do it. The customer service has been great as well - very friendly people who are always willing to help out. There isn't much I dislike about this system. Occasionally there will be an issue where we want to change something but cannot find how to make those changes. Other than that everything works perfectly! We've used other shipping software before but nothing compares to CustomsNow! Shipping costs.
