Just the right size and shape for my cat to brush his teeth. I apply enzymatic toothpaste and let it work. He chews on it and changes the teeth he's brushing, so I imagine it satisfies some instinctive desire to brush his teeth. I'm glad the brush hasn't broken after a few uses, but I suspect a single brush probably won't last very long. It's worth it though as it seems to reach most of his molars and makes good contact.
