We first tried finger toothbrushes on our cat, but with less success. He seemed to like the toothpaste, but it was very difficult to get the bristles on his teeth. Was looking for something with bristles and found this which works great. Just the right size and shape for my cat to brush his teeth. I apply enzymatic toothpaste and let it work. He chews on it and changes the teeth he's brushing, so I imagine it satisfies some instinctive desire to brush his teeth. I'm glad the brush hasn't broken after a few uses, but I suspect a single brush probably won't last very long. It's worth it though as it seems to reach most of his molars and makes good contact.

This is the best cat toothbrush I have tried. I use it externally and my cats gnaw on it with their molars and let me "brush" their front teeth. You need tasty noodles. Great concept. I liked that my cat can chew on it and the 360 bristles clean her teeth. However, the bristles are quite thick and very difficult to clean. No matter how many times I brush and rinse it with another brush, I still have toothpaste residue and food particles stuck in there.
