The ability to search for professionals in our area that have experience in our need, as well as be able to select them from what they offer. Being able to choose multiple people at once so we are not limited to one person or type of worker when searching. The app has been slow loading pages which could use some improvement. It makes it hard to switch back and forth between screens when you want to make sure everything is right before submitting payments and signing contracts. We needed someone who was familiar with all aspects of maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc., because we were dealing with many different areas within our building. This allowed us to find exactly what we were looking for quickly without having to spend hours browsing through websites.
